These terms apply to the use of the Clients and other products developed by Stream-Shake (“Stream-Shake” / “we” / “us”).

This privacy and data policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies and has effect in respect of all our software clients for conducting joint streams, related online services (including online network play and interactivity), and other software and products made available by us (together the “Clients”), as well as any other online features relating to our business, including our website at www.stream-shake.com, our developer portal at stream-shake.com, our corporate website at stream-shake.com (the “Websites”), any mailing list which we manage (the “Mailing List”).

Together, the Clients, Website, Mailing List, Forums and Support Centre are referred to as the “Online Services”.

  • Full address, gender, time zone, phone number, avatar;
  • Twitch / Facebook / Twitter / YouTube / Discord / Google profiles.

Third-party platforms

  • Username / nickname, user login;
  • Access and refresh tokens.

Game information

  • Nickname, ID, rank / Elo;
  • Basic profile statistics, ban information;
  • Friend list (Steam only).

We will provide your personal data in a commonly used, machine-readable, interoperable format upon request — and, where technically feasible, send it directly to another provider.

Complaint to a supervisory authority

If you are unhappy with the way we are processing your data, please contact us. You may also submit a complaint to a data protection supervisory authority.

Data retention

We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant service. User Content and forum information are kept indefinitely. If you wish us to delete your account or content, contact streamshake.support@gmail.com.

Children

We do not use our Online Services to knowingly solicit information from or market to children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe we might hold such data, contact streamshake.support@gmail.com.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational precautions: databases are password-protected and limited to essential employees. No security system, however, can prevent all potential breaches.

International data transfers

Your information may be transferred outside the EEA. Our databases use MongoDB, MySQL and Redis; servers are hosted on AWS, Google and DigitalOcean, files on Dropbox. We rely on standard data protection clauses approved by the European Commission for any transfers outside the EEA.
